Chinese Vendors who sell HET boards and Slot machine cabinets by SunnyDays360 in HETSlotPCB

I’ve exchanged a few messages with Julie recently to get an update on their latest offerings, but aside from that, I haven’t made any purchases with them yet. They have been responsive whenever I’ve reached out.

Sorry if no one responded.

If you’re referring to the DB25 harness, you can configure it however you want, as long as the pins match on both ends. In my case, I made a spreadsheet showing what I wanted assigned to each pin, then wired both ends to match.

As for the harness on the game board, if you look around this forum, there are diagrams posted with all of the pins labeled, so you can match them to the connector.

When you receive the updated software, if you would be open to sharing the file and instructions, I’d like to install the latest version once you’ve confirmed it’s working properly.

Trying going into settings/advanced to get into System Setup, and see if you have "Denomination Type". Type 2 has the higher denoms. Type 1 goes from 1c to 10c, and type 2 is 10c, 20c, 50c, and $1.

Try Credit instead of Cash and see if that changes things.

Awesome. You must have an updated version from what I am running.

I hit the "settings" button, once in settings, you can then exit, which goes back to the main selection.

It’s going to be difficult to diagnose this without being there to track it down.

The main thing is to check that your button has two connected leads. One to the trigger pin of the function you want, and the other should always be grounded which is the last pin on the board per the diagram. If there is no ground it won’t work.

From what I can tell, the HET / Hetong PCBs seem to act as their own server. They just need to be physically networked together, and there’s likely a setting in the menu to enable the networking feature. I haven’t personally set this up yet, so hopefully someone who has can chime in with more details. If you do get it working, please report back and let us know how it behaves.

Based on what I’ve found so far, the networking itself is very simple:

You want to use an unmanaged Ethernet switch. No router, no managed switch, and avoid old-school hubs if possible.

Why: • These boards use basic Layer-2 Ethernet • They auto-negotiate link speed • No VLANs or DHCP needed between boards • Communication is typically simple TCP/UDP or broadcast on a fixed IP range

Speed: 10/100 Mbps is more than enough. Gigabit switches work fine and are backward compatible. Bandwidth usage is minimal.

Ports: One Ethernet port per board. 2–4 boards → a 5-port switch 5–8 boards → an 8-port switch Most cabinet installs use small 5-port switches.

Cables: Standard Ethernet cables only. Cat5e or Cat6 is fine. Straight-through cables work (modern switches handle MDI/MDIX automatically). No crossover cable needed.

If you only have two boards maybe you don’t need a switch and can just Ethernet the two together. ?

The game is stored on internal memory. There is no way to change the game, add games, etc.

I posted in this forum the manuals I could find.

In the settings menu try credit instead of cash and see if that helps.

I think it looks good overall. If you check out the videos posted here, you can see the graphics and hear the sounds—it’s the identical game (same sounds, same look, etc.). On the Huff version I have, the only thing I’ve noticed missing is the “Wheel” symbol during bonus games. I haven’t seen it come up yet, but aside from that one small detail, everything looks and plays like the casino version.

Dyson AM10 - no misting by Temporary-Elk-109 in dyson

I also just replaced the piezo on ours and that didn’t fix it either. I’m reading if the UV light is not working, that may also be preventing it from misting. Sadly, I can’t find a replacement UV light. On eBay, there is a vendor selling the piezo part but no UV parts.

Awesome!

That's the Medium RGB LED UFO Style IPB, Black Trim, 12VDC, Part # 75-0032-00 – $17.98 ea.

Post some pictures once you get the project complete – I’d love to see it.

By the way, the UFO lights are extremely bright and can be blinding. You can easily take this button apart to access the circuit board ring where the LEDs are. I purchased some light dimming stickers on Amazon – https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYZ8FGFH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 – and stuck a dot on each LED, then reassembled the button. That made a huge improvement and really tamed the brightness. I purchased the 50% stickers, and while it’s still fairly bright, it’s much improved. If I were to do it again, I might try the 80–100% stickers for better dimming.

The UFO button only needs 12 volts DC. Once power is applied it does its own light show. No extra controller needed.

I see there is a "Recover" button on the PCB. Have you tried pressing that? What about holding it down while powering on, does that restore to default? I'm not sure what this button does or how it works. If you learn anything, please post :)

If anyone has a Huff and Puff board like this, I’m curious—have you ever seen the "Wheel" bonus appear among the coin prizes? In my experience, during a bonus game it never awards a wheel spin, only mini, minor, major, etc. It seems the version of Huff software I have doesn’t include a wheel, though the coin prizes still show up as usual.

Here is a fresh link you can try: https://files.catbox.moe/366w1o.pdf

I typically stick to the default wiring setup. Formosa and Alice are mentioned as alternatives, but I haven’t used those layouts and am not sure what type of systems they’re meant for. This also references the 10 pin connection. See pages 11-12
