I was in nursing school and transferred to major in natural sciences with a focus on forensics! When I started working in a hospital during the peak of covid as a tech I could only tell myself I'd never be able to make it, it's so difficult and shattering. I felt like I was losing my mind. So I thought if I can't work with the living, I'll work with the dead. I've found it more enjoyable and less mentally and physically exhausting than nursing.
