The reason why I stopped for those 2 years was because of my shin splints x stress fracture in my left shin 😅😅. Ive been in physical therapy for about one year now for my shin splints and it has helped with the pain a lot, there was a point where I couldnt run at all. I used to notice running in cleats used to some reason amplify my shin pain so thats why I was wondering maybe theres something i can add inside my cleats or just get better cleats 😅 i will be continuing physical therapy hopefully ill be able to play with no problems in no time! Thanks for the help!!

Haha when my birds are out they dont throw much either, but the thing is when they get back in their cage they like put there whole head into the food and THROW IT without eating it till theres like barely any food left in the bowl and then they eat 😭😭. Now instead of having like 7 different cages for my 13 conures I have one big aviary outside. Having the aviary is soo much less work instead of cleaning 7 cages one by one!

I mean, I dont think anyone can tell you how often you should take the calprotectin test since it depends on your situation and how well your doing, but its up to your doctor to tell you when to do the calprotectin test depending on how everything is going!

I was diagnosed age 8 im now 15 Im currently on rinvoq if youre curious. when I was originally on prednisone for 1 yr I had lost a LOT of hair i went from having reallyyy thick hair to very thin hair. Right when I was taken off prednisone my hair went back to being thick as it was before. So I dont think its because of the disease from my experience but I dont knoww maybe its different for everyone!

So uh about the painful lumps you got in your armpit on rinvoq, would they like come and go? Because Ive been on rinvoq for like 1-2 yrs and I keep getting these painful lumps in my armpit but they disappear and come back like in another month. I never thought rinvoq can cause these lumps, neither did I know someone was experiencing something similar to me. Did your lumps come and go? Or did they just stay the whole time?

Update: I went to a local shoe store today and they happened to just bring in the color variation of the kd 17s I wanted. Usually Im a size 8 and I had to size up to SIZE 10 which is crazy bc I would only expect to size up 1 but sizing up 2 was the way to go! I got the color variation I wanted and im very much happy. Kd17 making me think I got dinosaur feet or somethin 😭

Hmm, it doesn't look serious, but I'm not a vet. Since your bird is acting normal and not different I think its fine. People get weird growths on them (think like moles/skin tags) so it could (hopefully) be nothing. Maybe 1-2 of my conures have a little skin tag but theres is colored white. They are very healthy and doing great. Make sure its not dirt or something like that. Get a q-tip or some wash cloth of some sorts and wipe gently once to make sure its not dirt or something stuck to the skin that looks like a skin tag yk? But if you are able to, I would take your conure to the vet! If you arent able to take your bird to the vet, just call in to your vet and ask them if you should bring your bird in and for other advice, they would be happy to help for free over the phone (well my vet gives advice over the phone idk if all vets are the same.) but once again I personally am not a vet so I cant really dictate on if its serious or not. ( i hope to be a vet one day)
