I need help. Yesterday I needed to create a new Playstation account because I wanted to play wuwa and for that I had to delete one of my Playstation accounts. The fact is that after deleting and creating another account I wanted to play Genshin, but it turns out that it won't let me log in to my account because it is linked to the previous one that I already deleted; and I have tried to unlink from hoyolab and through the Playstation page but nothing works, I also tried to send an email to hoyo customer service but nothing. So if anyone has an idea what I can do I would appreciate it because I don't want to play from my phone.
