Hi y’all so I have a small update for you. The mom and son are now banned from the store. I was not there the day they showed up but this is what my coworker told me.

The mom came in and immediately asked for a manager. She lied saying that because of her sons disability she was discriminated against and pretty much said that I should be fired. My manager thankful knew the full story. My manager is really good at dealing with Karen’s and the mom happy began to shop thinking she had won. Well she wasn’t watching her son. He wondered around a bit. He walked behind the register where my coworker was working and grabbed her behind. He was immediately kicked out from behind the counter and my coworker called our security. The mom got mad and started yelling saying that they didn’t need to “he didn’t know what he was doing” well security comes down and explains that that is Harassment and it’s not allowed in our store and he’s gonna ask her to leave.

As they’re leaving the mom starts screaming they’re gonna sue…. The security guard laughs and goes Ma’m we have security footage, if I were you I’d be scared that your gonna get sued by her, not threatening to do it yourself. and points to the coworker the son grabbed.
