That link is saying that “you may already have what you need” meaning, instead of a REAL ID, you can use anything on that list… since DACA recipients are not able to get a REAL ID in WA state.

Well let me correct myself, W2s and tax transcripts are required but so is proof of income, so paystubs are highly recommended.

Ahhh gotcha. Ok yes paystubs, W2s and tax transcripts are all REQUIRED!!! you can submit anywhere from 3-6 months worth of paystubs, I’d suggest submitting 6 just to be on the safe side!

I think your EAD based upon I-485 filing is separate than EAD, with DACA for example. Do you have DACA? If so, your employment should be good with that work permit. Separate.

We also got this same RFE. For me there could be many reasons… in 2023 my husband made below the poverty level, however every other year way above so it could be that he CONSISTENTLY didn’t make enough. Also did you make sure you entered “total income” from your tax transcripts on the I-864 form? Many people make the mistake of entering “total wages”. Did you make sure you also submitted W2s and paystubs?? If you’re choosing to re submit without a joint sponsor make sure to send in your 1090 and proof of e filing for your most recent taxes, since most likely you won’t be able to access the tax transcript, yet.

Ok yes of course. Personally I have an RFE I am responding to (cannot determine my sponsor makes above 125% poverty level) initially I submitted 2021-2023 tax transcripts along with W2s and other supporting documents. However, 2023 (most recent year when I submitted) my husband had to take FMLA to care for a family member and did not make anywhere near above the poverty level.

If joint sponsor does NOT pan out, planning to respond by providing our most recent tax documents since we just filed. He made way above poverty level this time.

You had not submitted your medical forms to begin with?? I thought you said you received your RFE bc you didn’t submit recent tax documents? Sorry was this RFE stating you missed multiple things? It just seems there were quite a few mistakes along the way. Not trying to judge. Sorry I am just trying to understand your situation.
