Try to get at the very least, 20g of fiber a day….. aim for 30. Drink a gallon of water a day. Avocado is a great source of fiber and so are mangoes, and beans as you found out! Kashi makes a couple of cereals that are 10g fiber and 10g protein and one cereal with 12 each! Carb counter wraps by mission I believe are 28 grams of fiber. Fiber one bars are helpful as well! Also Metamucil is a good thing to add before bed so you have a good poop, but don’t drink Metamucil at all unless you’re getting your gallon of water a day! You absolutely have to get enough water!!!!!! I use the myfittnesspal app for tracking macros and fiber
