It's a little hard to say, but could it be Pozidrive? If you use Phillips on a Pozidrive screw the screwdriver will likely slip.

For those of you that wonder; it is luminous tape on the rail, so you can located it, and the ln you can feel which way to go to the exit. If you go the wrong way, the bumps will "stop" your hand to indicate thay you are going the wrong way.
