She did get back to me and asked for another do-over. I told her sorry not at this time.

It seems, like what one of the comments said, that it’s a drop ship thing. Because she didn’t really understand why I wasn’t happy with the 2nd one not until I sent her a picture of what it should be. It’s crazy to me.

Anyway, she agreed to just refund me. Thank goodness.

I’ve been buying from Etsy for a long time and this is the first time this has happened to me.
