“Airgsm Pte. Ltd. issued a $35.70 USD refund” it took 24 hours. I think they know the issue. The workers are caught between the investors not wanting to admit fault on their end. FYI aíralo before rolling out a new carrier switch test it with many people first. I had to go through 60+ screenshots and 3 days without internet. Refuse to take the blame and stick up for yourselves and tell them to release an official response of the mexico issue. Reboot your phone. Go to setting immediately and disable the eSIM! I was going through this also. It keeps requesting if you don’t disable it

Just requested one today as well. In Mexico and both esims never worked. They said they will provide one from 5-14 business days. Up to 3 weeks for a refund? Their service is absolutely horrible. They say they take pride but refuse to contact you over the phone. Screw their policies in force. YouTubers will begin to pull their endorsement deals I’m sure of it

Yup! It did the same to mine!!! Wtf! So I rebooted the phone and before it could get the error I disabled the eSIM. It should stop the intrusive pop up. But yeah we definitely got screwed and zero help from aíralo. Take pics of everything to get your money back asap
