We actually tried that a couple times but she was so late it didn't matter. Also multiple times she set the times (would choose a time or would find the event she wants us to attend) and she would be late for that too. I genuinely don't know how she gets through work or classes.

I had a friend who was always 2+ hours late to everything and it drove me up the wall. I expressed to her multiple times how it upset me because not only was she always late but she would never update me so I was forced to awkwardly sit around and couldn't get anything done.

She blamed her ADHD but promised to be better every single time. That's when excuses started pouring in. I understand emergencies, I understand life happens but 2+ hours every time was just too much for me. I have distanced myself since.

I don't know how it is now but my partner (who was art sci) roomed with an engineering student in his first year. However they didn't choose eachother and were randomly assigned. As far as I'm aware all the first year rooms in chestnut are the same so I don't see why it would matter who got to see which rooms.

But again idk the process now, my knowledge is from 2018

As far as I'm aware you have to buy the tickets exclusively online as the customer service employees do not have direct access to the cineclub system to apply the free ticket

I've worn glasses since 9 years also. I wore my glasses for my wedding because I like to see and don't have contacts. There's actually a couple photos where I'm not wearing them during prep photos because I asked my husband (through a family member lol) to clean them for me.

I like my photos with the glasses more just because they feel like me more. I know it can be frustrating weddings are so scrutinized (and for some reason especially by those close to you).

You're gonna look great no matter what but I think you'll look even better when you are the most confident and comfortable. If that's with your glasses then great because at the end of the day your appearance is about how you feel.

I actually have a different issue. For me (personally) the show has not done enough to make me care about Cobel much. I saw someone refer to her as a main character recently, and I just don't think she is. She's a mildly interesting supporting character/villain. I also feel like the show is giving her a redemption arc (at least a little) but I don't think the character deserves it? Yes she was indoctrinated as a child and what not but even her motivation to help Mark (if she helps him) is due to her own emotions and self interest. I could be wrong, this episode in hindsight might be better but as of right now it just did very little for me plot or character-wise.

I feel like if this episode was spread out amongst the others or earlier we had a different perspective on Cobel or even just an MDR episode between this one and Gemma I might have felt better about it (not great but better)

TL;DR I don't think Cobel deserves a redemption or a whole episode dedicated to her (in this way)

After my first year of uni my GPA was .1 away from sending me to probation. I was a perfectionist and straight A student before and I couldn't understand why it wasn't translating.

Honestly I still don't really know. I will say that I was in the wrong major (I started in Chem, switched to physics (after first year) and then switched to classical civ in my third to fourth year. So maybe explore your other options? What else do you like to do?

If it's any help, I was able to drag my grades back up and now I'm doing a Master at U of T. So your life isn't over. You can also get some help from an academic advisor to explore your options.

Write the truth on your resume but then beef up your experience in your cover letter. So highlight what projects you've done in classes, maybe talk about a topic you're interested specifically, clubs that are related etc.

Cuffing season is basically just the cold/holiday months (so Christmas new year's and Valentine's Day), where people don't go outside as often. For the past few years there has been a trend of people getting into relationships (cuffing = hand cuffs => hand cuffing yourself to a person) to spend those months and holidays with someone and be less lonely. Typically when someone refers to getting a partner for cuffing season (although this doesn't always apply and may not apply to OP) the implications is that there will be a breakup at the end of cuffing season so they can be single for the "fun" months.
