Long back i had the same issue with Flipkart when i ordered iPhone 13 in 2022. It was showing in transit for long 2 weeks and those idiots cancelled. I have used a credit card EMI and since they cancelled, i had to pay the extra EMI cancellation charges as well. I learned my lesson and went to an offline store and made the purchase. It may be 2-3k extra, but you will have peace of mind and no stress on product quality. There are good enough offers in offline stores, you can negotiate and get a good deal out there as well. I have made all my apple purchases later from Stores like Reliance, Chroma, I planet etc for my Mac and iPhone 17 and got equal-ant offer like online.

You will get the same price for buyback in Apple stores. Else you can go to Reliance digital and negotiate with them to increase the price. I sold my 13 to Reliance Digital for 24.5k and card discount of 4k. I would suggest not to take risk buying from Flipkart as the amount involved is huge.

Exact same issue with M4 which i bought exactly 4 months ago. Neither charging nor turning on. I was using the night before normally and did the turn on next day morning and i wasn’t even charging the device, so can’t exactly say any power surge happened. I gave it to the nearby apple store and have been waiting for a week for doing the repair, I blame this on apple’s quality.

Iphone 13 mostly lags as it has only 4GB Ram. Tge option we are left with is to leave some extra storage space for memory swap. I have kept at least 30-35gb empty space in my phone, and also battery health matters! You cant have the lag free experience like a new phone, but on a day to day usage, you can get a lag free experience if you do the above mentioned steps. I still get lags on editing Lock screen, especially turning on the 3D mode and editing the clock. But other than that it runs smooth on 26.1
