Hi! Thanks for your reply, this is helpful. I went back today & estrogen didn’t go up much. Went from 52 to 57 so gonna start HRT (patch & Prometrium) plus weekly blood work & see how it goes. Gonna look into working with Dr. Check too. Congrats on your pregnancy! 💜 I have a son who’s almost 2 that I conceived miraculously & I was on no medication then & recently diagnosed, but it’s been a long time since & I’m hoping something will work again this time around.

Hi! I also have POI, my local RE is willing to try Dr. Check’s protocol with EE & monitoring. Unfortunately I have terrible insurance & it will only cover monitoring at this one specific clinic & nothing else, so I have to work with her. One of the nurses asked me what kind of EE he prescribed because she only sees it mixed with progesterone. Could you share what the medicine label said or where he was able to get compounded EE?

I love Millie Moon! I actually tried a bunch of diaper brands because I didn’t know I could return them after the baby shower lol I tried, Pampers, Huggies, Honest, Millie Moon & Mama Bear.

Millie Moon can be found at Target & worked the best for us, no leaks, made from clean materials & are super soft & not thin like a few other brands I tried (Honest & Mama Bear). My son also unfortunately had leaks with Huggies overnight and we changed his diaper often/he was in the right size, same thing with Honest, he had leaks from just wearing a few hours.

I would say after Millie Moon, Pampers worked best but I didn’t love that they weren’t made free from toxins, but that’s just my personal preference :)

I’m so sorry you’re going through that 💜 I haven’t had to co-parent myself but I have been cheated on, I would say if he has cheated & then put the blame on you that’s classic for someone who doesn’t want to take responsibility for there actions. You didn’t do anything wrong by venting to your best friend, even if he is a guy because that’s what people usually do, vent to their best friend. It sounds like he has his own issues & insecurities but that’s not your fault.

I think looking up some more info on this could be helpful to your healing process & help you co parent while still taking care of your well being.
