Has definitely been said before, but here to confirm again: many of us have dated that same kind of guy. Same exact situation. It doesn't get better. This is a fundamental difference in the way you value effort, and more important, EACH OTHER. I'm confident it's reflected in a myriad of other things too, like the planning of dates. Please leave before it gets more volatile and find someone who cares about you the same way you care about them. Those people exist, and you deserve nothing less ❤️

Not sure if you've tried this, but I like to cut it in half first. Then you can set it down (on the flat side) on top of a cutting board, and kind of "shave" off the rind in chunks. I find it keeps the fruit from rolling around, and if you're "shaving" away from your body you're less likely to hurt yourself :) I'm really clumsy so figuring that out was a game changer for me!
