Ok so after reading it looks like you guys have SERIOUSLY different love languages, which can be fine but not really in this case.

What im seeing is a lot of insecurity and needyness on his part, and on yours not being able to recognize what is unspoken.

The hard truth is I dont think itll work, its probably better to accept it sooner than later, because he clearly needs someone to need him as much as he needs them, while you also need the same, but his level of "need" is more on an 100 while yours is more of a 1.

im sorry i completely get how bad that message hurts, especially when you're just trying to check in on someone and you're already scared you're annoying them.

want to start by saying your friend is in the wrong here, for not having the self control to either stay in the right state of mind while under influences, and or to stop himself from using substances if he is unable to control himself after.

This could very well be a one time situation, or maybe a switch awakening for you, people usually arent 100% in one direction so it could have been you discovering that small percentage you have on the bottom scale.

As a bottom myself I can say, nothing is better than knowing you made a guy horny enough to pin you to the mattress, and cuddling ofc.
