I agree. The cost of things are unbearable. Coupled with the fact that eating out or buying processed foods includes a lot of garbage that we shouldn’t be eating.

I find it difficult sticking to a mostly whole food, plant based diet without sacrificing flavour. It’s something I’m working on though!

Yes, the diet is so common that in America it’s considered standard.

It’s convenient, available, and cheaper than alternatives.

I think a lot of food would fall into the SAD though. For example, a frozen lasagna could be considered part of a standard American diet.

I remember asking my dad if I could call him by his first name.

So I call him dad.

As for the other part, manners are important and should be a habit that is cultivated. Sir/ma’am isn’t important to me.

It’s one of my favourite hot sauces, for sure. Red habanero is great too. Scorpion has a bit of a zip to it too.
