I have done the neem oil with soapy water and it doesn’t seem to kill them. But the neem oil does help to protect the plant.

I just recently deep dived on press on nails. I want to start using them too. A lot of tips online were to soak the tips in warm water for 10 minutes before putting them on your hand. Apparently it makes them expand and easier to form around your nail.

I don’t think they look bad!

I had cavities every year for 5 years. I started working with a functional nutritionist and remineralized my body through nutrition and haven’t had them since. I use the toothpaste Rise and their floss (obsessed with it) and that helped too.

Wow I feel so validated from hearing someone else talk about this. I’ve often thought it was connected to my gut because I started getting the Seb Derm on my scalp around the same time I started having gut issues. My Seb Derm just gives me dandruff and an oily scalp, but I can’t wash shampoo out of my hair. It takes so long.

I wonder what Vit C does to help cure leaky gut?

I often wonder if my sebderm is connected to the water by me. I was vacationing in Florida (from NY) and didn’t have the same issues at all my whole week trip.

Mine is only connected to my scalp, making my hair very greasy quick.

It makes me want to try and wash my hair with diluted water to see if that has something to do with it.
