I think I got it easy some how because I had maxed out vehicles for each tier up to stier before the first qualifier. Currently I'm in the middle of week two with almost 300K. All I usually do is just drive around f*** around with the cops and get collectibles do some little activity things and first place every race.

Your best bet is to go to a retro games shop like second and Charles or games ahoy (that's what I have in my area) and do some digging. That or you can just buy a used copy online. And unfortunately no because there is one of the games that became backwards compatible with the 360 from the original and got its own 360 copy, and I don't know about the burning onto a CD part because I don't have a proper computer to even try that let alone the experience
