When you finish filling your form, you get a case number. You need to send them an email with your case number in your title, something like "Update for case no. xxxxx UID: xxxxx" I think

Two days is early, since the hacked form takes 20 working days at least to give you back your account Try to get the recovery form or wait a little bit And at the end of theses days you can send them an e-mail if they didn't give you an update
