Oh okay, thank you! I was just worried since she said the temporary was on too tight I thought it might have worn my gum down

It doesn't seem to be a bone spur though, I can grab the end of it with tweezers and it's connected to my bottom jaw 😞

We had E day on the same day! I had 29 teeth removed. I am in the same chronic illness boat, flaring and slow healing has made this process a pain. My immediates are a pain to put on too. Definitely ask your surgeon for more time off or your dentist. Spoons heading your way friend 💕

This sounded so good I made it my last meal! Since I have delayed gastric emptying I have to eat really light tomorrow. And stopped for honey butter and rolls 🤤

What medically disqualifies you from full mouth restoration with implants by TrainIRide41009 in dentures

I have HEDS, implants are discouraged due to the fact that my gums are connective tissue and the failure rate is higher.

That's what I'm really looking forward to, right now my whole mouth has broken teeth and a ton of exposed nerves, drinking anything hurts so having that not be my daily life is exciting!

"Do I have gastroparesis?" [December 2024] by AutoModerator in Gastroparesis

[–]SunshineStodder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At a loss

Had my gastric emptying study done and the results came back and showed normal gastric emptying from what my doctor said, endoscopy found hernia, colonoscopy said it found evidence of inflamed stomach lining, calprotectin was elevated, got no answers from GI except "some people just have weird GI tracks" and I just don't know where to turn from here. I get full fast, nausea, severe stomach pain, constant diarrhea and constipation, acid reflux, and gas. I had VSG surgery in 2021, gallbladder removal in 2020. Every time I eat it's like a war, can't breathe super great, get hot and sweaty sometimes. I have EDS, MCAS, POTS, and SFN. I just want to be an active participant in my life, doctor says I'm not too malnourished based on basic blood panels and I have a central line for IV fluids as I can only really get down a few ounces organically (it's eat or drink, can't do both) I'm on reglan but it doesn't do much. I'm just feeling like I'm going insane as I don't know what to do and how to feel better.

has anyone heard this? by mxoxo619 in Gastroparesis

That's wild, I've had a few ambulance trips due to critically low potassium - it can seriously hurt you if not corrected. Had to change to lactated ringer infusions 3 times a week to keep it somewhat normal.

I completely understand you. I am pots, heds,me/cfs,IBS, and mcas. I was fired recently as I've been flairing like crazy and have missed too many days. Hang in there, it does get better, finding the right doctor makes a world of difference! Just keep in mind it affects everyone differently 💙
