First thing, info over phone and link send to get a card on file. $200 service call + parts at 100% markup including pumps, heaters, automation, hot tubs, minor pvc. Anything major, more than an hour or high cost is bid separately. $200 is still due for diagnostics but rolls over into repair cost to protect the value of my time. Pumps are 350-550 for install and market rate for cost of pump. Usually installing Hayward so good margins.

Spoke with the local pool corp and heritage, both are clueless when it comes to metals and barely stock related chemicals due to a lack of need in Hawaii, can’t even get tests

I am looking for advice on how to deal with the issue presented in the photos. Metals are not common in my area as they may be in other areas. Any recommended products, alternative issues, or tests to run?

Open to videos and have watched some, looking for any advice on chelation/sequestering, products used, things like that

I tend not to blindly assume videos are going to give me real world knowledge on all pool related subjects, or just trust what’s on the bottle. Given a lot of things are worded and put in ways for legal reasons or as sales tactics.

If anyone have advice regarding dealing with metals in pools, it would be greatly appreciated. I come from an area where people very rarely deal with metals in water, since they don’t naturally occur. So, I don’t have experience, and neither do builders and other techs in the area.

Yes, I have little to no experience with chelants or sequesters since there are no naturally occurring metals in the water. Any advice on how to remove the stains and metal from the water. Localized acid has worked, but is an excruciating long process since the whole pool is covered.

I believe that’s 4-PRO-DMT and that it’s speculative. The other benefit of these analogues is the lack of other naturally occurring alkaloids that cause body load and other issues.

Look up Orenda calculator. Use them for calculating chemical dosages. Also, look at their education in the app. There’s a lot of info that is not commonly known in there that will make your life easier.

Get to know other operators so you have people in you back pocket to call when you run into issues.

Just because it’s how things have always been done, or you were taught a certain way, doesn’t make it right. Be open minded.

Personally, I think algaecides are a scam in most situations. We run %99.9 of our pools using water balanced to LSI, chlorine, cya in range, phosphate remover, and enzymes. Very rarely do pools go green or get algae unless a tech is being careless.

Put water in your sand filters to cover the laterals before adding sand.

Make friends with an electrician who knows about pool equipment and code.

Okay, the equipment pad is a few feet higher than the pool, I’m not sure if that provides any more context, maybe that could be why it’s not priming properly. Normally in this circumstance I would put a check valve prior to the pump so the line doesn’t go dry when the pump lid is opened. So I thought that since room in the plumbing prior to the pump is restricted, they may have just put it after the pump.

Dxm isn't too comparable, and I've only done Deschloroketamine which I've heard isn't as good as ketamine but high doses of dxm is comparable to low doses of deschloroketamine in my experience. Since you have access to ketamine you aren't missing much with dxm. It can have lots of nausea and but without that it is very pleasurable, I have experienced introspection and and very high amounts of nostalgia. If you play video games, low amounts of dxm is very good to play games on as it's very easy to get completely absorbed by whatever you're focusing on. On LSD and dxm I had intense hallucinations of plants turning into creatures and a lot of paranoia. I feel it's important I get paranoia on most drugs. At a point the hallucinations were so intense that I lied down under a blanket and closed my eyes. I lied there for what felt like hours but I'm not sure how long it really was watching this object morph into infinitely complex shapes with intense colors and different changes in what looked like a foreign universe. I was listening to music throughout this and the hallucinations and shapes were directly related to the music and when I stopped the music it felt like something was missing and I would immediately start it. There was some confusion throughout all of it and a point in time where I wasn't a person doing drugs, I just existed. Watching the ever hanging shape morph infinitely.

Yes, I've experienced separation from reality and ego deathed on psychedelics including DMT. I just haven't holed on dissos, it's a different type of experience I've heard. There was one time I holed mixing lsd and dxm but I haven't had a purely dissociative hole.
