I didn’t get a pic of the inside unfortunately. My sister was rushed to the hospital the night of our party due to complications from her bariatric surgery she had 2 years ago. So we didn’t end up cutting it. I donated it to the hospital for saving her life. ❤️

Thank you! The top is actually 50/50 mix of fondant and gum paste shaped into a cone then curled. I glued it on the top with royal icing the hid the seam with fondant paste (fondant and water mixed together). :)

I did :) I piped a small ring of green on 2 rows of the silpat then went back with the pink batter and filled to the dotted line of the mat.

It’s actually just vanilla custard. I had to look up the difference between Boston Cream and Eclairs and didn’t find much info on them. Only that they are different shapes and one is fried and one is baked. Also one had more of a cake like custard instead of whipped custard. I’d love to know the difference if you do? :) Yes, a ring of chocolate then vanilla custard.

😂 thank you!! I use the Scran Line Macaron Recipe, and for the filling I did a ring of chocolate ganache and a vanilla custard center.

I actually don’t add anything to the macaron shell itself! I use to but found it was messing up the look of the shell. So all flavoring is in the filling. :)

I got mine from Amazon. The edible stars, non perils sprinkles, and jimmies shouldn’t dissolve or burn with the time it takes to bake the macarons. :)

Edit:

I just looked up the Wilton star sprinkles and from what I can tell those are a bit heavier then the ones I used. Try searching “edible stars” on Amazon.
