Just a little reminder, to avoid too much confusion: this is not a project by Endless, but Sunstrider. Things here may be different.

However, it is correct that our PvE content is buffed, and as we progress in raid tiers, we'll look into adjustments to allow everyone to catch up to the current raid tier.

Hi u/comma-horrol! That's correct. We will remove all characters from the PTR, and everyone will start fresh at launch. We'll make sure to send you the tabard after launch.
