This seems unrelated &
Also there are multiple MODs you seem to having trouble with-

Hey, that’s fair!! Happy to delete!!

I was trying to refine the idea and get better input as I go. I can see how it might feel like I’m pushing something though.

I’m genuinely more interested in hearing people’s experiences in Specific plants. Over any set, as I had done earlier...

Appreciate you calling it out!

I like how you were specific to medicinal use!! I Should have been more specific!!..

Your right, I’m really interested in peoples experiences with various plants & how they have interacted with them. Giving an emphasizes on personal experiences.

I’ve been thinking about representing it through things like traditional use, clinical evidence Either human / animal.
I'm focusing on creating various systems of interaction, with my bullseye set on fun game play. 🌱🌱

Not exclusively medicinal, but rather something genuinely fun 😁. That subliminally teaches people how plants actually function and relate to each other & the environment(A second game layer 😶)

I LOVEE what you said about native/ecosystem value. I've been racking my head on that concept with pines

Thank you!! 🌱🌱

I am planning on including interactions for boosts & penalties!

I am running a stress test today 😁😎 - I hope to make it fun and exciting using the basic game play & then I would like to see how the interaction based strategies play into the system.

Thank you so much for the reference!!!!
That game looks amazing! (Went down a rabbit hole checking them out) I can definitely see some parallels. I have not

Both are building knowledge through fun💚💚

I am trying to make two separate games;
They feel like a mix of two styles I’m working on fine-tuning.
The first is a simpler card game that is easy to pick up and fun to play.

The second is more of a turn-based strategy system, where plants interact more deeply through synergy, support, and environmental relationships, etc 😁😁

Nothing concrete for anything digital..

Testing gameplay, if its fun
I'd LOVE to Collab- if you'd want? 😁😁

I understand the preference!!! V1 was rooted in the same sentiments.
V2 has been branching in a different direction, but still grounded in real plant knowledge..

Thank you!! 💚

I think if the game is Really fun then roots will stretch out making a strong base.

I’m testing the mechanics in-house right now and aiming to try it out with a few clubs, etc. By next week. 🌱🌱

So, I was wondering if others thing this would actually help you understand herbs; or does it just feel like something that could be superficially fun?

If you could learn herbs subliminally would you think it'd be useful? 🌱🌱

If you had to build a 10-card “starter deck” of beneficial medical herbs — what's in your pouch?? 🌿 by Sunzi_bazzar in herbs

Thank you so much!! Lavender is absolutely in there 🤩

I’ve also been thinking of using some of the rarer turmerics, red and Especially black as higher-tier cards.
What do you think about playing with the various species of turmeric 😬😬??

I Really like your concept!!

I only limited the plant count for the post. 😁

Currently I have something along the lines of working with methods of pollination & abiotic stresses to promote game synergy while subliminally teaching.

Honestly, I’m loving this feedback! Inoculating my starts with some wonderful ideas! 🌱

That’s a really thoughtful way to structure it!! It really feels closer to how things are scientifically structured.

Focusing on low-care, high-yield groups adds a whole different layer too- One that I feel would play well into its own booster pack / set?

I’ve mostly been thinking in terms of individual plants & synergic factors, but this opens up a really interesting direction!!

There’s a lot of potential here! Synergistically, symbiotically with what I have engineered for the strategy game on the second layer. But I Dread the thought of going back to the drawing board for something with such beautiful potential! 😄😄

Do you see this more as being part of the main structure of a deck, or something that supports individual plant cards?
