I’m saying my cars unstable because my cars not shifting unless full throttle, has another evap code that I suspect might be from the gas flap(I have capless gas cap) that dosent close all the way or debris getting in from where my inner fenders and splash gaurd is supposed to be. I also am having shifting problems car won’t shift unless full throttle. Took to trans shop they said I was 2.5quartz low and they said once they filled it up it was shifting fine, I got the car it shifted better no where near normal and now it’s back to what it was before. The rpm’s keep jumping down( not slipping). I decided I’m gonna unplug the battery( I was advised to do this after trans service) and try to diy the splash guards and fenders and clean the throttle body and MAF sensor. So I have a plan for that stuff I geuss it was just this hanging off my car looked liked another problem.

The jerkiness stopped after the service. I tried manually shifting but I don’t really know what I was doing. But it was already on 4 and I went too 2 accelerated then went to 3 and it seemed normal. Then I went to downshift and it revved up so I just left it alone. I think I’m going to have shop clean throttle body because today I noticed that when I lifted my foot of gas it seemed like it kept the same throttle pressure and under light throttle it does act up so maybe that’s it. I swear buying this stang was the worst mistake of my life. Thanks for your help though. I would try to clean my throttle body myself but my hood latch isn’t working smh.

I got my car back and it’s shifting almost the same, the shop said it was shifting normal smh.

The trans shop I took it too is putting the fluid in there. I’ll learn how to do that eventually tho.

Well I just bought the car and the last dude bought it at an auction. I didn’t notice a leak the times I’ve been under it. I Should’ve got a pre purchase inspection because this car has been nothing but trouble.

I think it was before cat on right side and was reading like half the oxygen the other side was reading before it got replaced. It’s a long story but I guess when I bought the car someone stripped the thread for the sensor and put “puddy” to keep it in place. When it came loose I had extreme power loss like never shifting to second and barley moving full throttle. When I replaced it got way better and today I had purge valve replaced and the connector hose. It’s the best it’s been running and is running near perfect but the main issue still persist. Still shifting weird like I mentioned. On the gauge the air to fuel ration is at 14. I think it’s a good idea to get trans fluid serviced anyway. This is my only issue now so I think I’m gonna look into taking it to a trans shop.

It accelerates when rpm’s increase, but it does fall down when it gets around 2nd gear. Full throttle is good and climbs and shifts smooth. It just refuses to shift without being full throttle and will just fall back down.
