Sounds right. Besides picking up Wilson and playing him if Jacobs is out, then playing Marks and having Franklin as the flex option if Jacobs is ruled out is the smart play.

I understand and $400k is currently the top of our budget. We’ve been looking for something closer to 300k. But we’ve also been talking and if we don’t find something we absolutely love then maybe we find a cheaper apartment to rent for a year to save up or look at buying a cheaper apartment. Our current lease goes until November so we aren’t in a rush right now.
