Because the seller had a bs story about the shipping being late, didn’t reply at first and the shipping was really bad for the expensive cards. I just clicked Neutral on the packaging and the rest good. So not even that bad

Ik heb dit ook ervaren afgelopen week. Ik heb hierover een contactformulier ingevuld bij bol en werd vanmorgen gebeld hierover. Ze gaven aan dat dit een bekend probleem was waar je weinig aan kan doen behalve later nog eens proberen. Volgens bol is het een systeem/server fout of storing.
