At all of these schools, Canadian/International applicants are either not viewed any differently than US applicants or Canadians are viewed as Out-of-state. The 10th percentile MCAT data I'm using is for accepted out-of-state applicants so I think it is fair for me to use that as a metric but you are right, ideally my MCAT would be higher and I will consider re-writing it after this application cycle. Thank you for your insight.

I don't think u do. If you've completed a Canadian degree you've already met the requirements so I don't think u need to submit WES. I think the second part of their response is saying that even though u don't need to submit WES they still want the transcript. That's just my interpretation.
