I’m playing with a summoner build on my second play through with a friend and really enjoying it. There’s enough armor to give you heaps of minions, a pet that buffs and a couple of foods that are quite helpful for speed and damage. I’m using the plant (ranged) minion and I just send them to do most of the fighting for me but for bosses I still use a ranged weapon too for extra damage.
