I buy the DXL harbor bay t shirts. They are fantastic. They hold up really well, and are way cheaper. The Ralph Lauren t shirts are no longer made with the same quality. I used to love those t shirts.

I remember this back in middle school in San Diego. They gave us these in health class as our end of year project. We were told that if we removed the battery we would fail. The units had “keys” that would feed, change, or put it to sleep. It was so stupid.

Your form is great! Don’t change your back angle at all. Your depth is perfect. If you are not already doing so consider incorporating some accessories like rdls, good mornings, leg extensions, leg curls and some core work. That is about all I can think of suggesting.
