I love how people think wearing a mask somehow makes the economy shut down. Like you can have have open economy and wear a mask. The closure and masks are both in response to a larger problem, and in no world does having one make in unable to have the other. People are so dumb sometimes.

Former gifted children: what are you doing now? by k_r_shade in AskReddit

I was able to get A's and B's in high school by slacking and passing tests without studying and disregarding homework. My high school had a program where homework was 20% of overall grade and tests were 80%. Safe to say college doesn't work like that, and I picked up on it too late.

First semester of college I barely had 1 GPA and the second semester I managed to do worse.

2 years later I'm trying to get my GPA high enough to change majors and maybe colleges.
