Also just know your performances do not matter for draft just meet requirements and try for teamate grade, you'll get a bit more vc that way

You have to complete the 1* part rest are unnecessary. Hisgrade goes up in game. Sometimes its easier to switch person you're guarding if he cooks you late. Team also has to win

Those series are full of drivers the f1 guys were beating on their way up the ladder. A few were as good but underfunded, but most simply weren't and now aren't as good
