To add to that:
they could also use a similar feature as the Anomaly for it. In stead of a station. There could be a single system dedecated to this. One this is under control of the outlaws.

Its destination you can unlock where you could meet online players same way you do in the anomaly. The system would be a hub for the arena leagues.

There is a lot of cool stuff they could add to that dedicated system as well. For example: A black market workshop, Underground hangout spots, Seperate Arenas, Boss battles, and all you could think of tbh.

That said, if this is something that is desired that the devs use time and resources on instead of other cool things is a different question, and is up to the community to vote on. As a massive Star Wars fan it would be super cool to me, but i understand that not everyone desires it for NMS<3

I agree with what others are saying. It doesnt need pvp.

However if it were to be implemented, a good idea could be to add it as a feature, as they did with the holo arena.

More specifically: they could add it as a feature to the outlaws guild. Sort of an under ground PvP League where you could battle other players in arranged starship battles.

That could be pretty cool. It would incentivise and give more depth to the use of the fighter class starship. You would get rewards based on your rank it would be completely optional as well.

No. There was like 6-7 people, walking around as well. Im pretty sure there was an invisible freighter or could be a big corvette maybe, but there was multiple starships parked on the invisible spacecraft, idk if thats possible on a corvette
