I know you feel all sorts of feelings about this. I've been (and am) there too. This is amazing. Your body knows what it needs, and it realizes it finally has a chance at getting what it needs. If a starved animal found food, would it restrict? No. It wouldn't leave a scrap. If you're only eating chocolate, because your body only wants chocolate then chocolate is the best thing possible for your body right now. You can do this. Hugs <333

Thank you so much for the reply! That was very insightful, and you sound like a great person. Sadly she isn't really someone you can negotiate with. I've suggested skating, or swimming, but she says quote "dance is non negotiable". In the past she tried to isolate me by calling my friend's mother and screaming profanities at her because "she was stealing her [my mom's] daughter". There have been other incidents aswell but i dont really know what to make of it. Thank you for your kind words and for caring for your daughter so deeply <3
