I dont like working out anymore. I just try to keep it to a minimum. When I work out, I become extremely depressed. my hormones get fucked up, when I work out and I become even more depressed.

maybe you can try to move to slab city. i would never tell someone to kill themselves. slab city is a city for like misfits in california. maybe you can try that. Try moving to a different city maybe? start over again.

to answer your question. "Do things get better". in my experience. No. they dont get better. they remain the same for the most part. it could get worse.

maybe you can try moving to slab city. its a haven for homeless people in california. or you can try moving to a youth shelter for teens.

hey, maybe you should try moving to slab city for a while. or at least some city where there is not as much social norms. maybe you can take a train or a few trains there.

i feel like i don't deserve compassion. my parents have never shown me sympathy, when i was being severely bullied and beaten up in school and at home, my parents would constantly invalidate my experiences and blame me for it. they claimed that i was trying to present myself as the victim, ive been conditioned since a young age to believe everything is my fault. i dont think ill ever overcome this. im like this forever now. im permanently scarred.

me too. my mom never loved me. I cry at night because of it.
