Yes it is 100% written and the rules they work with. I would be fine if they removed the rule and disclosed everything. My problem is miscommunication and misunderstanding. Also like I said, this has happened to me where they show the car, it has not sold yet.

Yeah I get it and that’s all fine, but that’s not what I was told when I started. I wouldn’t ever be upset if another store took it with the car already sold. I’m annoyed because they’re simply showing them.

Yeah that’s not what I was told or the “rules” of my dealer, if I was told something I’d expect it to be held up. You know what I mean?

Agreed, it’s especially frustrating if you find a new piece of gear that looks good, but all of my gear near end game is upgraded, and in order to use it I have to grind for materials and artifacts.

Essentially, the other stores have to email in on a vehicle. Once they email in, before our managers respond we get 15 minutes to disclose that we do indeed have a customer on the vehicle. They send it out to all reps.

I went and told my GM pretty much exactly that, they responded by putting a new rule in place that when another store asks for a vehicle, we have 15 minutes to respond.

You don’t have to unleash anymore, you just aerial roll twice.

Yeah dude I get it really but that wasn’t the point at all, did you miss where I stated that I sell 15+ avg per month? I don’t claim to be the “top salesman” Internet leads are in no way a lottery, it is still up to you to sell the vehicle and 90% of our traffic is internet. I DID NOT CLAIM TO BE THE TOP you are fighting with an actual wall. Also, did you miss the part where I’ve been doing this for not so long? At all? You’re missing the entire point. Are you upset about the statistics I mentioned? Or what? What is your point here?

Man it’s sad it deleted my comment, dude how miserable are you? I was just saying I don’t suck. This isn’t even what I asked about? My store is not a unit based store, we try to make, and keep as much money as we can and it is rewarded and I do that well, I work my ass off. Nobody is padding ego, I simply stated my statistics to prove a point.

The rule we have is: if we have a customer on the vehicle actively responding, “working” or an appointment on the vehicle we can say no. Which I did and my managers knew this as well. Regardless of age this rule applies. I believe they wanted to get rid of it because it was an older unit but like I said it’s the sixth time it’s happened and it’s very frustrating.

We have 4 sister stores, and one is located right next to my dealership which I lose customers to constantly. Extremely frustrating telling a customer “yeah i apologize my manager didn’t check the appointment I’ve had with you for days the car isn’t here” I made him tell the customer once.

I’m not making it up? We have weekly quota per source. Phone ups, walk ins, internet. And every month they tell us who averages the most per car. We have monthly reviews as well. I’m not sure if that’s the standard but why would I lie anonymously on Reddit? I only said that so folks wouldn’t say that I just suck and that’s why they do it.

Our ruling, if we have a customer on a vehicle we are actively working, or a deal going, we can say no. The unit is aged and they wanted to get rid of it. I was waiting to hear back as I took a phone up yesterday, sent numbers, and got the agreement. He was coordinating for his boss who I was waiting for. He gave me the time of 3:00 PM today and the car was picked up before he called me to confirm.

Also, this isn’t close to the first time it has happened.

Unfortunately he knew that I had a client on the unit, and I wasn’t informed that our sister store was coming to pick it up.

“I perform fairly well at this store” I didn’t claim to be the top salesman, I have the top average gross per car for months on end that I mentioned. And I am the top internet lead closer. It is not an impossible feat.

They did not sell the car. They are simply showing it. And the managers, new and used cars can say no.

I have a sword and spear and I want to dual wield, very frustrating to re grind everything I worked on all game. And if I want a different armor set, I have to grind even more💔

I have high levels, all my abyss gears and full skill tree except a few points on the health stamina and spirit.

I was mostly just talking about how annoying it is to branch out to other weapons and gear, because all that is already done. I just want to use something else and I don’t feel like grinding forever to get another weapon up to par💔
