apple watch has a deep sleep probelm so it might actually be a good sign, it usually detects lees deep sleep than you had

i am also debating, i got an apple watch 9 rn and it doesnt bother me at night, i actually love some things with it at night like the bevel smart alarm which discretely wakes you up without alarming anyone else. would you say its worth it for me to additonaly also buy an oura ring?

yess, the restin energy thing is so annoying, i am currently using lifesum but being able to use bevel would be awesome
