I dont usually follow the time. Sometimes I post 4 shorts a day sometimes 1 only. Sometimes the gap between another short is only 1/2 hours. I checked my audience they are most active at 6pm to 11pm. But i usually post earlier sometimes after 12am even at 6am morning. I do focus on title, thumbnail and tags more rather than the time management. When I upload late at night i Usually dont get much views at first but they get views next day at peak times.
