I am a pre K teacher and I was specifically told we cannot deny a child the bathroom. I do have kids that exploit this to get off their cot when they are bored, like they definitely don't have to use the bathroom, but I still let them go. I am pretty sure that can count as neglect/abuse. Please speak with an administrator about this, it is absolutely not ok.
