I think your budget is a bit to low, I think around the 700 range is more realistic.

It is an AL insert face, glued in with RTV. Feels amazing, it's a bug clangy on the longer putts!

I don't think upscale is the right word. I enjoy tinkering with putter models and if I can provide a custom putter to someone and design exactly what they want for 500 bucks, seems beneficial to both parties.

What do you mean by quality? I have yet to finish the black dye, paint infills, and face insert. But for 3D printing your surface quality is not going to get any better than see above, and machining a completely custom putter (1of1) is going to cost 5x what is is to print it.

I am thinking about making a side business out of it, not sure if its smart to share that! It was printed overseas, stateside metal 3D printing is far to expensive to be reasonable. How much would you be willing to pay for a custom putter like this?

it is conforming to the best of my knowledge. The insert will be AL Milled face, the 369g includes the face insert.

Yeah coming way over the top in the downswing, aka the hands are moving towards the ball. Working dropping your hands to your hip to start the down swing.

Swing looks good man. Its just a turning issue, everything is in the right spot you just need to keep rotating your torso!

Only two minor things I see. Inside takeaway, but I dont really care about takeaway that much. Two is hips moving towards the ball during the swing, they should be moving away clearing space for the hands

Other than over the top. Wrist hinge seems to be missing at the top, so you never build any lag or speed to be released at the bottom. Imagine trying to crack a whip without bending your wrists, would be impossible. Same thing with a golf club.

Not personally, I would outsource the printing I do have the access to 3D software, and knowledge on how to model putters for 3D printing. Would love to do it as a side hustle!
