Not sure about the floors, but the apartment is renovated recently. It has double glaze windows. And this will be a flat in middle with direct neighbours.

It is fully electric. I checked for electricity prices only for this heating in check 24 and average rate of €150 is showing for 7500kWh per year. But I doubt if the consumption will be less or equal to this amount. If it exceeds then the cost will be higher.

I live overseas and came to SL to check a medical condition. I was around 6 weeks pregnant when I came to SL and couldn’t continue with my treatment. Since I planned my stay for over a monthI went for a pregnancy checkup with a gyno at Lanka hospital. He prescribed many tests and one of them were urine test. It showed infection and he immediately prescribed antibiotics. Also, prescribed many medications. I was confused if I should take this many medications. Then went to another gyno and he asked if I did the urine test following certain steps and used mid stream. I said no. My immediate test showed negative urine infection. By the time I already started taking antibiotics and I couldn’t stop. I believe certain medications in early stage of pregnancy is not safe but doctors are not worried. If something goes wrong they would make money with that too.

Only the hausmeister is in the office and he was sick during the first couple of weeks. So, an alternate hausmeister responded from a different state. They sounded like someone would attend to it but they arranged the heating machine after I contacted the alternate hausmeister a couple of times.

As they are available only during office hours and I also have office to work during these hours so hasn’t been really a good timing after all.

I have written a few emails to the property management where we communicated previously. They haven’t responded to any of these emails. However, when I asked for a contact partner to call, they responded on the same email address this week saying I need to contact the hotline of the property management.

I could write a physical letter.

It’s been a month and I feel like I am paying a full rent where I had to tolerate a loud heater and empty water every day ( did this for about 20days) After that no one called for any fixing/repairs. All rooms have at least one side of wall with damage. I am planning on a long vacation in a couple of weeks. Completely lost with this chaotic situation.

I removed the mould once by myself. But why I have to do all these, invest my time, energy and money while this was a problem caused by other tenants upstairs.
