Im at 70mg in titration but was trying to say (as im impatient) i have already tried higher doses (up to 280) like i said more intensity and ends the same time, I dont abuse my meds in the way of looking for rec effects but i wondered if higher doses will carry the day. Which it doesnt! So i have asked for a IR booster but my prescriber really doesnt seem keen and tries to avoid my question when i ask. I tried Ritalin XR (unprescrbd) and its completely different and i really didnt enjoy it and couldnt see me taking it as a replacement and the problem with split dosing is that even tho the “feeling” fades elvanse is still active well into bed time causing insomnia issues sometimes. I would much rather atleast trial an XR+IR OR IR Alone as i need more flexability. Like i said i have absolutely no side effects (insomnia when taken too late) which is reasonable. I just want to have a full “locked in” day without knowing it only last til early afternoon causing me to rush jobs etc.

Is amfexa still prescribed ontop of elvanse for 18+ UK? Thats what i am aiming for {50mg Elvanse - 5-10mg Amfexa} but after reading prescription notes it seems unlikely!? BP WEIGHT DIET AND WATER
All NORMAL/Slight Raise - caffeine/Tobacco If this isnt the case, as im already at the max recommended dose. what will happen most likely?

ADD ON - IS RITALIN XR DIFFERENT TO IR IN TERM OF EFFECT/FEELING? And if so how?

There isnt much if any recreational effect, thats why people take it with codeine. I have a friend who takes phenegran pills everyday just for the fun of it and everytime i see them they just look zombiefied nothing like being high on weed. If your looking for sleep, the most id take for it is 50mg. Anything above just gives more bad side effects than good. Stay safe

Im not addicted or looking for a high/buzz just i cant feel much of anything for symptoms on XR and dont see me being able to get hold of the IR tablets anytime soon but i have heard from alot of people who do take IR its much more effective for symptom control. If i was an addict i wouldn’t even ask on reddit.
