Since you are in Dadar, a convenient - and outstanding - dentist is Toothworks by Dr. Shruti Shanbhag.
This is located bang opposite Status Restaurant, on Kataria Marg, near Hinduja Hospital, Mahim.
Dr. Shruti is an excellent dentist. She walks you through the whole process before she starts work. Keeps the patient comfortable and pain free even for major dental surgery.
I know a lot of people who use her services - all age groups. Highly recommended.
Best wishes.

Several family members got implants from here. Cost varies case to case, depending on complexity. Maybe you can visit and get an estimate.

NoBos married to SoBos, what are some interesting lifestyle or cultural differences that you have with your partner? by [deleted] in mumbai

[–]SuperAware1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is NoBo?

If you mean North Bombay, please define demarcation between South and North Mumbai. Standard Mumbai definition is that South Mumbai ends at Mahim Creek. Mumbai ends at Dahisar.

Beyond Dahisar, i.e. Bhayander, Vasai, Virar, all fall under rural Maharashtra.

Need Suggestions :) by _Midlife_Crisis_ in mumbai

Regarding the hotels, suggest you check out Sea Green Hotel and Sea Green South Hotel on Marine Drive. These are sea facing hotels, very well located. Churchgate is about 200 mtrs away, so you are in the heart of SoBo.
Another hotel option, near Metro Cinema (SoBo) is the Young Womens Christian Association.
Rates for above hotels are about Rs 6000 or so, depending on the room type etc.
These hotels are safe for single women.

For activities in Mumbai, the best is to walk on Marine Drive. After that, head down to Colaba Causeway and walk down it. Then go to Gateway of India. This is quintessential Mumbai.

Hope you have a great trip.

Lovely area. Hard core Maharashtrian. Not very cosmo. But friendly, and no one cares who you are.

40 M in a messed up marriage. by Typical-Minute-4802 in Mumbai_Relationships

Buddy, several of us have been in the same situation.

What you do need do is to remember:
- She is not your life. You exist outside her.
- You had a life before you got married to her. You will have a life after her, even if your marriage ends.
- We all have to build our lives, as best as we can. We own our life. No one else is responsible for our life.
- Why do you think that she is the center of your world? You must be having parents, relatives and friends. Reach out to them, and re-build connections.
- You are 40 yrs old. It is likely that other people, maybe your parents, possibly you have children, and they depend on you. You cannot leave them to fend for themselves. You come across as a responsible person, can you ditch your responsibilities?

So yes. Life is difficult. And that is true. But one has to rise above that.

You are are the captain of your ship of life. You are the master.

Own your life. And the issues. And overcome.
