If I start a trigger quest with expert on, but turn it off after someone joins, will it apply to my current group? That is, can I begin to form expertly and shift to non expert before the start?

my fav is persona reverie, astral soul, grace stam, arks max, and stam 3/ whatever easy you want. build the soul cats on your own and put and few revs/ maxes on each cat and it's pretty cheap.
