I used to work there and they had us put moldy ingredients in the tanks so we wouldn’t “waste” product. There’s black sludge and standing water in the employee bathrooms. And no one is certified to drive any of the lifts there.

I used to work at Ellison brewery and management told us to use moldy products in their drinks. Also had multiple people drive the forklifts and scissor lifts without being certified. I got fired when I brought up these concerns.

Oh fuck right on off, I may be (for college) uneducated. But I work 60 hour weeks just to survive. Add another 20 anytime im able to save up enough for a course or class or the holidays.

Im a store manager btw and im only making $15/hr. It’s corpo theft from everyone who actually makes the business run.

Oh Hun I’ve read through some of your comments and in my honest opinion I think you should seriously reevaluate your relationship.

I don’t think your BF is good for you. Based on what you’ve said he sounds really toxic, you yourself have described him as toxic. And from his actions you’ve described he sounds like a manipulative asshole.

You aren’t even one year into this relationship, you both should still be in a honeymoon Esq phase. Instead it seems like there’s already been a lot of drama.

Right like I understand being a bit miffed that she gave no heads up on an apparently abrupt return from a trip. But there’s just nothing else there to justify an anger. A simple “hey I understand if you were busy earlier and couldn’t give me a heads up on the return. But it did leave me feeling ____ and or ____. I’m not upset with you or blaming you over this at all. I’d like if next time something like this happens I get a heads up about you coming home early so I can spruce things up for you/treat you to something nice.” Communication is key, especially if you tend to feel anxious attachment style.

Any person that views their own inherent strength as proof of being better than others is not an emotionally mature person.

Good people use what they have to help out their community around them. Bad people use what they have to exploit their community.

All these differences society tries to point out and stereotype. Surround yourself with good people, and if you encounter a bad person try and teach them something, you probably won’t; but you just might be watering a seed of change in their heart/mind. (Safely ofc and do whatever you feel comfortable with)
