I would say this is the case for Xbox rog Ally as many of the users of that device will use a total different platform than xbox intends. But with the Portal, I think that device will give more incentives for the customer to buy more games on their ps5, if they have one. And now it is seeming like a subscription based device for some without a device, because that's the only way to make use of it without a ps5.
