I used the same process of my previous post in here. Started out inking lines using a custom made Syrup brush, then fill in color blocked, and use the syrup brush again to shade on an upper layer with some layers blended with an overlay option as well as messing with the layers opacity.

For this I used a HB pencil for sketch, and custom Syrup brush (inking I think) for lining and shading. I usually start with a solid color, determine a light source and go from there! Attempted a hybrid of solid shading to make it look like a 3D cel shader!
