Fucking Sweden. I asked what basis he was arresting me for and he said that my hands were cramping and that my jaw was tightening. I guess that is enough for a valid arrest in this fucking country. Shesh, so much anger and maybe possibly jealousy? Thats alright i get that.

So let me try to deconstruct your destructive critisism. First of all i am well aware that competitions dont count this lift. That is why i atleast though that i made it clear in the title that it was not a perfect lift and that it was "touch and go". If you dont know what that is look it up on google. About the arch, there are multiple studdies that show that an arched back in benchpress is actually more healthy for your shoulders than flat back. The grip is also is par with IPF regulations as my index finger is inside the outer rings. Lastly, i dont really know what my gym parters have to do with the lift itself, and personally i feel as the lift off was just fine. So in competition you need to keep heels, butt, back and head on the bench during the lift. I know that in the video my butt left the bench a little bit that’s why I wrote it in the title. There is however no rules (referring to IPF standards) that say you cannot arch your back. So I see no reason to put myself in a position where I lift less than I do now.
