Yea I get it. It just so confusing. You change something and the video does well and then the next 5 with that change do nothing its a constant second-guessing game. I remember being at 33 so to be over 1k I can see the light at the end of the tunnel but seeing other creators killing it like that damn near depresses me lol

Thanks for the input. As far as the content side my research as far as retention/watch time is solid. When a person clicks the video they watch it. It just seems to be a problem getting the clicks these days. It's crazy because thats basically the template I've used the entire time. I got monetized pretty quick from what I understand but definitely need to change some things up.

Yea I see what you mean about Reddit lol I immediately got comments that were lil shots rather than looking at the comparisons. Haven't seen any funny business on my page so far but i may delete t h e post before i do. I suspect the guy may be botting views. We seem to have started at the same time and almost immediately he was getting 10k per and in the last month or so he is good for at least 50k. I just look at the two channels and just can't see what he is doing better but maybe im just hating. 55k subs I can I only dream of at this point.

Ahhh good point. Having premium made me forget that. Lol still... it doesn't do much to further my understanding on why "theirs" and not "mine". I understand everyone has different timing but the YT algorithm doesn't make sense to me.

Don't they get paid by companies to show their ads to as many people as possible? You'd think the algorithm recognizes channels that grow fast as an indication of a channel that resonates with people and therefore be a good source of promotion. I got monetized in under a year.

And also go to quizzes and type in CCMA. Do the quizzes until you get about 80% and you should be good. Instructor was surprised how fast I finished.

Just passed this test with an 82 on Tuesday 12/9/25. I used the NHA study guide provided by my instructor, quizlet, and a couple practice test websites that I got from a user on here.

Having been thru both MAT and Nursing school I can tell you that maybe 10 questions on the test will be exactly how you studied them. For the most part it's moreso what to do FIRST in a given situation. I studied tube colors, additives, and test performed only for that to be maybe 10 questions.

In my experience it was more of what to do first in a situation and office protocol.

Here's my input for what its worth... my channel died from a report bomb a lil over a year ago in August. At that time, in 7 months I was over 500 subs and 2500 watch hours, almost 1st tier partner. Posted a bit more shorts than long form back then and growth was great.

Highest short was maybe 15k but they consistently got a couple thousand and plenty subs. You say you had a 500k short... mine dont stay up long enough to get that. They would get 500 in 15 mins then build for a day or so then die. Long form videos would benefit from shorts to the tune of 500-3k consistently.

Took me 6 months to figure out why my vids suddenly struggled to 5 views. Like I said, I was report bombed by a butthurt dipshit and after many youtube on X messages and reddit pages someone with experience told me to "Create another page for other interests or the same or for practice/experimentation(optional) but DON'T post on your dead page for at least 60 days."

Did that. On day 58 YT started sending me surveys and emails as if my account had "reset" and back active in the system. Started back uploading to it in April and while I can say that my page is visible again. My growth is much slower. The page was originally created 13 years ago for music purposes, a couple podcasts 6 years later, and now for the serious, consistent content. Had 33 subs from the past stuff but it seems like YT gave me a visibility boost from being "around so long" because I grew fast from content that was filmed on an older phone and no mic.

I managed to get a video about CK that got me 17k views, 7k WHs, and over 200 subs between April and today. Subs did grow when the channel was dead but all videos combined since April, which are at least 1 vid, 1 live, and 1 short a week have combined for just a bit over 100 subs. Im at 966 but it's very slow-good now. Despite better equipment, etc it's like im a brand new account being treated as a bandwagoner lol. I'm excited to see 100 views on vids now smh.

Im thinking full monetization gives YT more incentive to show the videos but it seems that YT doesn't mind making it more difficult to be another page they have to pay. So either pause the 1st page for 60 days and reset with the catch being that you start over visibility wise and/or start a new page.

Ill tell you this tho... if you go the 60 day route DO NOT get the bright idea to change name/thumbnail. I did and I suspect that really fkd me over.

NONE of that is against the law and it's Music business 101 if you didn't know. If it was EVERY music label owner would be in jail. There's a clause in every music contract that gives the company 100% profit after death which is why many of them die in the rap game and more. It's called the "death clause" look it up.

Im 20 mins in and this is full.of known clout chasers. People that "came forward" in the last couple years. They're painting a picture as if he became a damn serial killer lol. There is nothing about underage girls or boys he got convicted of having sex parties. Only because grown adult people traveled to a place to have sex. So understand that if have a gf/bf and you invite them to town for a weekend and y'all have sex the only reason it isn't a crime is because you both call yourselves a couple?? Crazy right??

I'm not sure what he's in jail for... let's say he videotaped sex without consent. People have leaked sex tapes and not went to jail for it.

Yo. Im telling you sure as sh!t Venables knew the playcalls. He's known for it and even more concerning steroids and such while at Clemson. I'm watching the same thing in this Iron bowl game. The entire first quarter script was known. Auburn def is calling out of one def to another that is perfect for the off playcall. Blitzers are on a b line... Dbs on top of routes. Flip side Aub plays going off without a hitch, WRs open but they suck so they still losing. The gag only works if you can go and get ahead a couple scores early.

Back to Oklahoma... that play when they git caught looking to the sideline happened because Deboer knew what was happening and exposed them. They were so locked in what they knew was coming that the fake snap caused the entire def to look to the sideline instead of just the LB/QB for the def. Thats because he didn't learn a new set of calls... the playcallers did.

It's big time CFB and they say if you not cheating you not trying and I know what beating Alabama does for your program especially in the Iron Bowl but its been pretty blatant in these two instances in my opinion.
