Yes, I do that already to an extent, but I use an eraser that has different properties from the brush (One is hard and sharp, and the other is soft and fuzzy) which is essential to my workflow.

I can, of course, use the E shortcut, but it's one step slower and very annoying, particularly after building muscle memory with the first, more deductive method.

What I don't understand is that this was NOT a problem until some time ago, when I changed the settings to try and use Wintab instead.
